Verified at-home rapid tests for employees, guests, clients and event participants.

Each person takes a nasal swab rapid test at home, on camera, in Chrome on any phone. The procedure is recorded and checked, and the screening is associated with the invited participant. The result is then made available to your organisation.

No screenme.science app to install. Works with any nasal swab rapid test.

Scope of the verification

Who takes the test
Each invited person — an employee, guest, client or event participant — takes their own rapid test at home, on camera, in Chrome on their phone.
How it is checked
The screening is recorded and the required steps of the test procedure are checked. The screening is tied to the invited participant. A possible problem goes to a person for review.
When the coordinator gets the result
As soon as the screening is completed. The coordinator sees whether it was completed and verified, and the result, next to a cropped photo of the test cassette.
What evidence remains
A timestamped record with the date, a code and the result — and FAIL where fraud was confirmed. The video and photos of the screening are deleted on the schedule below.
What screenme.science does not do
screenme.science does not read or interpret test results, and it is not a medical device or a medical diagnosis.

Example of coordinator workload

Illustrative example. Actual time requirements depend on the size and frequency of the screening programme.

A team of 40 employees tests once a week. Watching each test in person at about 15 minutes each takes about 10 hours of a supervisor's time every week. With screenme.science the coordinator checks the member list and any screening that needs review — in this example, about 15 minutes a week.

Data access and deletion

  • The tested person sees everything about their own screenings.
  • The coordinator sees the reference photo and name they approve, and for each screening whether it was completed and verified, the result and a cropped photo of the test cassette. Never the video, and never an image of the face from a screening.
  • Anyone the tested person shares a result link with sees only the date, the code and the result.
  • Where a screening needs manual review, a small number of trained reviewers can see the recording. Their access is logged.
  • Video and photos of a screening are deleted when the next day starts in the group's time zone, once the result is final. Where a fraud attempt was captured or a dispute was opened, they are kept until the decision and deleted 3 days after it.
  • The face reference photo is deleted when the tested person's membership ends, after 12 months without a screening, or at once if they withdraw consent.
  • Only media is deleted. The record — date, code and result — stays for the history and the shared result links.

Monitor screening status across your organisation.

screenme.science verifies at-home rapid self-tests remotely, without appointments or on-site supervision. Participants use their own device and complete the screening on camera. Organisations see who is verified, who has not completed screening, and which sessions need review.

Examples only: any nasal swab rapid test works, of any brand.

How it works

1

Add participants by name and email, or share a QR code. Each participant enrols on their own device in under a minute.

2

Participants test at home on camera. A screening takes about five minutes; the test itself typically takes around 15 minutes.

3

Coordinators see which participants are verified, awaiting screening or require review. Group status is updated within minutes of each completed screening.

Camera-based screening verification

  • Every screening is performed on camera and checked against the required testing procedure.
  • The screening is tied to the invited participant and receives a timestamped record.

Screening documentation

  • The cassette is photographed and kept with the screening record as evidence of the session.
  • Works with any nasal swab rapid test, of any brand.

Centralised screening management

  • Participants are added, screenings are funded with credits, and group status is shown with centralised participant management and status tracking.
  • Screening credits are available in prepaid packs. There is no subscription, and unused credits do not expire.
