Verified self-tests before the doors open

ScreenMe lets event organisers require a verified at-home self-test as a condition of entry, without a testing tent at the gate or a queue of people holding up phone photos.

The entry problem

A photo of a test strip proves nothing. A testing tent at the venue costs staff, space and an hour of every attendee's time. Both were tried at scale during the pandemic; neither is what an organiser wants to repeat in a flu season.

How it works for an event

Attendees receive a ScreenMe link with their ticket. They test at home on the morning of the event, on camera; ScreenMe verifies the test and their identity. At the entrance, staff check a verified status on the attendee's phone or the organiser's list. No sample handling on site.

Typical use cases

Conferences and trade fairs. Concerts and festivals during a respiratory wave. Corporate events, off-sites and AGMs. Sports fixtures with mandated screening. Weddings and private events with vulnerable guests.

Attendee privacy

Attendees choose to share only the status with the event organiser; nothing else is disclosed. Data is encrypted and deleted after the organiser's retention period.

Pricing

Pay per completed screening, so a one-day event costs exactly the screenings it used. No subscription.

Frequently asked questions

How do attendees prove their status at the door?

By showing their verified status in the browser, or by appearing on the organiser's verified list.

What if someone tests positive?

They see their result at home and do not travel to the event; the organiser sees only that they are not cleared.

Can we require it for staff and performers too?

Yes; they are invited as members of the same programme.
