ScreenMe lets universities and colleges run at-home self-test screening for students and staff that the institution can rely on, without a campus testing centre, queues or paper declarations.

The campus problem

Thousands of people, many sites, lectures that start at eight. Self-reporting was the only scalable option during the pandemic, and it was unverifiable; testing centres were verifiable and cost a building, staff and student time.

How it works on campus

The university invites students and staff by email or through the student portal. Each person tests at home on their phone before coming to campus; ScreenMe verifies the test and the person's identity and issues a certificate. Faculties, halls of residence and sports clubs each see the status of their own members.

Consent and privacy

Participation is voluntary. Each student chooses which university bodies may see their results, and can be screened for a faculty and a sports club without either seeing the other's data. GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU.

Pricing

Pay per completed screening; nothing when no screening runs. Volume pricing applies automatically for large cohorts.
