These Terms of Service govern your use of screenme.science, a remote rapid-test screening platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable use
You may use screenme.science only for lawful screening of yourself or people who have consented to be screened. You must not submit falsified, tampered, or third-party recordings, attempt to impersonate another person, or use the service to harass, coerce, or discriminate against anyone. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your screening program, including workplace, health, and privacy law.
2. Screening, not diagnosis
screenme.science verifies that the test is taken by the person who holds the account, that a new, unused cassette is used, and that the screening is carried out according to the test manufacturer's instructions. screenme.science does not read or interpret the test result. Where a result is recorded, it is recorded by a named coordinator reviewing the photograph. screenme.science is not a medical device and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Results are not a substitute for professional laboratory testing or medical advice. Always confirm a result with a qualified clinician or laboratory before making any health, employment, or legal decision.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Automated identity matching can produce errors; you use it at your own risk. screenme.science does not read, interpret or report the result of any test.
4. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Screenings are funded with prepaid credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable except as offered in the product, and may be non-refundable once a screening is consumed. Pricing and credit terms may change with notice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, screenme.science and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a screening result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
