The test is performed in front of the smartphone camera, and the procedure is verified automatically, together with the identity of the person tested. For every completed screening you receive a verified screening record with date and time, without anyone having to supervise the test on site or by video.

Why a self-test taken alone offered limited assurance until now

An unsupervised self-test gives an employer only limited assurance. There is no way to know whether the test was actually performed, whether it was performed correctly, or whether the right person performed it. During the pandemic, unsupervised self-tests were in many settings not accepted as proof of testing, while supervised tests were. Supervision costs time, staff and money, and is hard to scale across several sites.
